Do you provide courtesy transfers to/from Essendon Airport?

Yes. Pre-bookings are required for Essendon Airport transfers. Please make a booking by emailing us at info@unitedairportparking.com.au

Where is United Airport Parking located?

We are located at 4-6 Trade Park Drive, Tullamarine. Our Melway reference is 5-H11. If you are using a GPS unit, some units prefer the suburb/town as ‘Melbourne Airport’ or even ‘Tullamarine”. We also have a downloadable location map with directions on our location page or you can use the power of Google to give you directions, by typing in your address and clicking go on our location page.

Do I need to pre-book my parking?

Pre-booking is recommended but not essential. You can also pre-book via our website, or Simply call (03) 9335 4407.

How do I work out the parking rates and charges?

Parking is calculated on a calendar day basis. A free quote is available on our website via our handy Rate Calculator.

How often do your courtesy buses run?

We have Courtesy buses that operate On-Demand, 24 Hours a day , 365 days a year.

Do you provide child restraints in your courtesy shuttle buses?

We cater for Children ( 6+ months) travelling in our buses. Our shuttles have been fitted with forward facing child restraints.

How early should I arrive at United Airport Parking to get to the terminal?

We recommend you arrive at least 30 minutes before you wish to be at the Airport. This allows for traffic, to find a parking space and for us to transfer your luggage into our awaiting buses. This is in addition to the time the airline recommends you arrive at their check-in desk.

What airport terminals do you stop at?

All buses are able to stop in the authorised drop-off points located at the front of the T2 International Terminal, centre bus lane, ground level at Zone M (also opposite the Park Royal). Access to T3 Domestic Terminal (Virgin Australia, Rex), T2 International Terminal and T1 Domestic Terminal (Qantas) and T4 Terminal is via pedestrian crossings at each end of Zone M.

Do you cater for corporate clients?

How Safe and Secure is my car?

United Airport Parking have CCTV cameras, monitored on site by our staff which are onsite 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to ensure that whilst you are away, we’ve got you covered.

Is my car parked undercover all the time?

We have 4 Levels of a multistorey car park that is undercover parking . If you park undercover it stays undercover as our facility is a lock up and take the keys with you.

What happens when I return from my trip?

Our buses are constantly entering Melbourne Airport. To be collected you must have collected your luggage, and simply call to arrange a pick up and you will be directed to your closest pick-up point to transfer you straight back to your car.

Do I need to leave my car keys with you?

No, we do not hold keys.

Do you cater for people with disabilities?

Yes, we have dedicated disabled spots available on our ground floor close to the courtesy bus area.

What is the height clearance at your car park?

The height clearance at the entry of our car park at 2.4 Metres.

When do I pay?

Payment is made when leaving the carpark. We accept cash and all major credit cards.
